At the restaurant of the Sonne Sole hotel, the traditions of the past are not forgotten, those passed down from father to son: we remember the time gone by revisiting the recipes that our grandmothers cooked when we were children, such as Smacafam, stew, game, canederli, Strudel... and other typical dishes of the Trentino tradition, but not only...
Our German origins, always well fortified and also present in the current atmosphere of the Sonne Sole hotel, ensure that even in the kitchen a perfect combination of aromas and flavors is created, linked in part to the German tradition, in part to the Mediterranean and Trentino culinary culture.
For this reason, at the Sonne Sole hotel in Vigo di Fassa, every Sunday and public holiday we organize a candlelit dinner and once a week a typical Trentino evening.
